Tour Overview:
Asia has an abundance of alluring destinations, and the cities in this tour will give you a wonderful glimpse at ancient glory, breathtaking landscapes, cuddly pandas, and big city life. In this itinerary to Beijing, Xian, Yangshuo, Chengdu, and Hong Kong, you’ll see the best of these fabulous international meccas.

Day 1 (Wed) - Arrive Beijing
Arrive in Beijing the capital of the People’s Republic of China. You are welcomed at the airport and escorted to the hotel.

Day 2 (Thu) - Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City & Hutong Tour
Start your tour this morning with a visit to the Tiananmen Square, the largest public square in the world and the Forbidden City, the 250-acre palace containing more than 9,000 rooms. Later enjoy Beijing’s hutongs tour by Rickshaws including a visit to a local home. The hutongs, or ancient city alleys were built as part of a city building plan that followed the etiquette systems of the Zhou dynasty. (BL)

Day 3 (Fri) - Great Wall & Summer Palace
Visit the Great wall, stopping en route at the Bird’s Nest & Water Cube for a picture stop. This afternoon explore the Summer Palace, the retreat of China’s royal families for over 2,000 years. Tonight enjoy Peking Duck dinner. (BLD)

Day 4 (Sat) - Temple of Heaven & Lama Temple / Xian
In the morning visit the Temple of Heaven and the Lama Temple, considered as the largest and most perfectly preserved lamasery in present day China. Later fly to Xian. Xian was the national capital for eleven Chinese dynasties and a major link between Asia and Europe. You will be met and transferred to your hotel. (BL)

Day 5 (Sun) - Terra Cotta Warriors
Xian captured the interest of the world in 1974 with the discovery of the astonishing third-century BC burial sites of the first emperor to unite China, Qin Shi Huangdi. Visit the archaeological site to see thousands of Terra Cotta Warriors and the the ceramics & pottery workshop. Enjoy Noodle making demonstration followed by lunch. Afternoon, visit the ancient Shaanxi provincial Museum. In the evening, enjoy a dumpling dinner and Tang Dynasty Show. (BLD)

Day 6 (Mon) - Xian / Guilin
Morning visit the Big Wide Goose Pagoda Temple and the Ancient City Wall. Afternoon fly to Guilin. Upon arrival, met and transfer to your hotel. (BL)

Day 7 (Tue) - Guilin / Yangshuo / Guilin
Relax and enjoy the natural beauty of this region from the decks of a slow-moving boat on the Li River. Disembark in Yangshuo, and explore the famous West Street, and vsisit the local village and farms. Dinner at a ocal restaurant followed by Impression Liu San Jie Light Show. Late evening transfer back to Guilin. (BLD)

Day 8 (Wed) - Guilin / Chengdu
Fly to Chengdu, the pleasant capital of China’s Sichuan Province. Founded over 2000 years ago, Chengdu has earned the nickname "city of hibiscus"-from the fragrant bushes planted along the city walls. Upon arrival, met and transferred to your hotel. After lunch at a local restaurant visit the Wenshu Temple and People’s Square. (BL)

Day 9 (Thu) - Chengdu Sightseeing
Morning visit the world-renowned Chengdu Panda Breeding Research base. Following lunch, explore the Jinli Cultural street. Evening enjoy a Sichuan Hot Pot dinner and Sichuan Opera show. (BLD)

Day 10 (Fri) - Chengdu / Hong Kong
Morning transfer to the airport for your flight to Hong Kong. Upon arrival, you are met and transferred to your hotel. Hong Kong is where the mystical East meets the modern West, where the potpourri of sights, smells and sounds never fails to delight the senses. (B)

Day 11 (Sat) - Hong Kong Sightseeing
Your morning is dedicated to the sights of legendary Hong Kong Island. Your tour includes visits to Victoria Peak including one-way peak tram ride, Aberdeen Fishing Village and Stanley Market.
Afternoon is at leisure. (B)

Day 12 (Sun) - Hong Kong
Day at leisure to rest and relax or pursue independent activities. (B)

Day 13 (Mon) - Hong Kong / Home
Morning transfer to the airport for your flight back home. (B)
