Journey across Cook Strait, which separates the
North and South Islands of New Zealand, and into the
Marlborough Sounds with its sparkling clear waters
and lush forests, before arriving in Picton.
Continue to Blenheim, located in the heart of New
Zealand's sauvignon blanc wine-producing region.
DAY 2 - BLENHEIM - KAIKOURA
Continue south along the east coast to Kaikoura this
morning. The afternoon is at leisure - optional
activities include scenic flights, walking tours and
swimming with the dolphins (optional activities not

DAY 3 - KAIKOURA - CHRISTCHURCH
This morning enjoy a whale watch cruise before
continuing to Christchurch this afternoon. (B)
