Day 1 - Johannesburg / Madikwe
Depart Johannesburg by air to the malaria-free Madikwe Game Reserve. Afternoon game drive. (D)
Day 2 & 3 - Madikwe Game Reserve
On safari in the Madikwe Reserve, traversing over 75,000 hectares of true untamed Africa, where the plains still team with game and the Wild Dog roam freely amongst the ‘Big 5’. (BLD)
Day 4 - Madikwe / Sabi Sand – Leopard Hills
After the morning activity, fly to Johannesburg to connect with the flight to Sabi Sands Game Reserve, bordering the Kruger National Park. Afternoon game drive. (BLD)
Day 5 & 6 - Sabi Sand – Leopard Hills
Here the Big 5, elephant, lion, rhino, buffalo and leopard abound, and we venture out on morning and afternoon open-vehicles game drives, with our experienced rangers to view them at close proximity. (BLD)
Day 7 - Sabi Sand – Timbavati Game Reserve
Travel by road to the Timbavati Game Reserve, with an Ultimate Elephant Experience en route. Experience the thrill of being close to these magnificent creatures and witness their intelligence, their compassionate nature and sheer delight interacting with their human counterparts. Day 8 - Timbavati Game Reserve
The reserve is a game-viewing haven, boasting the ‘Big 5’ and is well known for its numerous lion and leopard sightings, as you will find out on morning and afternoon game drives. (BLD)
Day 9 - Timbavati / Johannesburg
Fly to Johannesburg to continue your journey with an optional extension to Cape Town, Victoria Falls or Namibia, or to connect with your homebound flight. (B)
