This is 8-day flying safari with stays in luxurious camps dedicated to comfort amidst the thrilling backdrop of fabulous wildlife reserves. Customized 4WD safari vehicles will take you on exciting day and evening gameviewing adventures. Beautifully appointed camps will cater to your relaxation and total enjoyment.

Day 1 - Nairobi
Arrive to Nairobi, Kenya, where you are met and escorted to your hotel. Time permitting, enjoy an optional visit to the Karen Blixen Museum and Giraffe Manor for a view of the rare Rothschild giraffe (additional cost).

Day 2 – Nairobi / Amboseli National Park
Morning fly to the Amboseli National Park. Transfer to Tortilis Camp, with a fantastic view of Mount Kilimanjaro, consists of traditional en-suite tents built raised above the ground with spacious verandahs. Included are game drives, bush walks, sundowners, cultural visits to the nearby Manyatta, massage and a swimming pool. There are over 1000 elephants in the parks eco-system, featuring some of the largest elephants in Africa. (BLD)

Day 3 - Amboseli National Park
Full day for game viewing activities in the Amboseli National Park. Tortilis Camp is located in a pristine area on the southwest border of the park, has access to both the National Park and the private Kitirua conservancy. (BLD)

Day 4 – Amboseli / Shaba National Reserve
Fly to the Shaba National Reserve and transfer to Joy’s Camp, with its chic canvas bedrooms raised off the ground. Enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and a large natural spring. Each tent is uniquely decorated using Borana/Somali cloth, handmade glass and vibrant fabrics of the local tribes. Activities include game drives, bush meals on the Ewaso Nyiro River, cultural visits and sundowners. The camp is ideal for secluded game viewing as well as relaxing, reading and soaking up the truly wild environs offered by Shaba. (BLD)

Day 5 – Shaba National Reserve
Full day game viewing activities in the Shaba National Reserve, follow the different eco-systems of acacia forest and swamplands. (BLD)

Day 6 – Shaba National Reserve / Mara North Conservancy
Fly to the Masai Mara and transfer to your camp with game viewing en route. Elephant Pepper Camp is located in the Mara North Conservancy, a beautiful private wilderness area of more than 74,000 acres. A vital part of the Masai Mara ecosystem it forms the north-western zone, bordering the Masai Mara National Reserve in the south of Kenya. Small and very exclusive, the Elephant Pepper Camp is located away from other lodges in the heart of the African bush, offering the ultimate luxury bush experience with the sights and sounds of nature and all the luxuries you need. Activities include day and night game drives, bush walks, bush meals and sundowners. Early morning and late afternoon are the most productive hours for game drives and the safari customized 4WD vehicles give everyone a perfect view. Watching wildlife at close range, but without encroaching on their space, is endlessly fascinating and the guides’ instincts and knowledge afford superb wildlife photo opportunities. (BLD)

Day 7 - Mara North Conservancy
Enjoy a full day in the Masai Mara with game viewing activities. Extended game drives which continue into the evening make game viewing a complete experience. A game drive into the Masai Mara National Reserve is also available. (BLD)

Day 8 - Mara North Conservancy / Depart Nairobi
After a last game drive in the Masai Mara, fly back to Nairobi, where a day room is provided before you transfer to the airport for your departure flight. (B)
